Dauphin Island Trip 1st step - Registration Form

This form is for students to attend HCC's Dauphin Island  Youth Mission trip on JUNE 21-27th in Dauphin Island (the Sunset Capital of Alabama!) This form needs to be filled out for EACH STUDENT GOING.  The trip is open to Harrisburg Youth who have finished 6th-12th grade.

FURTHER INFO:  Arrive to stay the night at the HCC building on Friday, June 20, then depart early on Saturday 21, and return the following Friday (June 27th) in the evening. 
Included:  Transportation, lodging, and meals while in Alabama (except for one meal out).  
Dauphin Island service project: You are encouraged to help serve at HCC's Service Project and trip meeting on June 1st at 5:30 pm. We will put finishing touches on our playground revamp and can use many hands to make light work! You will receive your T-Shirt for FREE and get further trip info at this meeting.
 
COSTS:  The trip cost is $325. Scholarships and service projects are available for further financial help.

HCC Summer Trip Scholarship: To any HCC Youth who is a regular at Sunday AM service, Youth Group, or Assistant Summer Staff. (Covers 1/2 cost of trip by HCC)
Service Projects: Sign up and work a HCC Service Project to get 1/4 of trip cost paid for by HCC. 
You can either pay in full, sign up for a scholarship to get 1/2 paid for, and or work service projects to get 1/4 cost paid for. Work extra service projects for a "bonus" treat while on the trip!
